Exchange & Return policy

-We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

-Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a free return or exchange.

-For non-defective returns, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund.

-Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

-Shipping fees vary by location, and additional charges may apply for remote areas.

-Cash on Delivery is available within Egypt only.
